Turning job seekers into job creators by creating and supporting 1 million Grampreneurs to generate 50 million jobs by 2050.Position BYST as the global leader in mentoring young Grampreneurs at the grassroots level by creating a vast pool of mentors to counsel and support Indian youth in building sustainable micro enterprises. Last Mile Reach – BYST is committed to building strong, trusting relationships and life skills in youth through mentoring and social entrepreneurship.

Generate Employment & Wealth – Using innovative schemes such as Mobile Mentor Clinics, BYST became one of the first organisations to successfully adapt the PYBT model outside the UK. Over the years, BYST has developed programmes and mechanisms to reach a wider cross-section of aspiring Indian entrepreneurs.

Robust Mentoring Ecosystem – The BYST model has proven to be effective in both rural and urban India and is now being adopted internationally. As a founding member of Youth Business International (YBI), UK, BYST has helped establish similar programmes in Mauritius, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, China, Nepal and several other countries.
