HDFC Parivartan
Under the proposed programme, BYST intends to replicate its programme and create an entrepreneurial ecosystem in Puducherry. Under the Mentor Development programme, the institutional mentors will be trained and accredited from various parts.

BYST-J K Paper Youth Entrepreneurship Development Programme

BYST and J K Paper have collaborated to create awareness amongst 30,000 aspiring youth and develop 450 entrepreneurs in the seven blocks of Raygada district in Odisha over a period of three years. Of 450 entrepreneurs, 45 will be from SC/ST communities and 90 will be women. The initiative will provide counselling to 9,000 individuals and training to 1,800 potential entrepreneurs. As part of the Mentor Development Programme, 500 mentors will be trained and accredited to support the entrepreneurs. Additionally, the Youth Entrepreneurship Development Programme will assist young entrepreneurs with bank loans and offer free mentorship and guidance for two years.

BYST-J K Tyre Grampreneur® Development Programme

The BYST-JK Tyre Grampreneur® Development Programme, initiated in Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu, is a three-year initiative which aims to foster entrepreneurship among local youth. The programme aims to counsel 3,000 young individuals, provide entrepreneurial training to 600 youth, and develop 150 new entrepreneurs. Furthermore, 120 mentors will be trained and accredited to support the entrepreneurs. Focusing on social inclusion, 15 of the entrepreneurs will be from SC/ST communities, and 45 will be women, ensuring diverse representation in the local entrepreneurial ecosystem.

BYST–Infoedge Youth Entrepreneurship Development Programme

The BYST and Infoedge partnership runs the Youth Entrepreneurship Development Programme, that aims to develop 110 entrepreneurs in Gurugram and the neighbouring urban villages of South Delhi over a span of two years. This initiative will raise awareness about entrepreneurship as a career option for over 7,260 youth and provide counselling to 2,200 young individuals. Utilising digital tools and expertise, the programme aims to build an entrepreneurial ecosystem in these areas, promoting innovation and sustainable economic growth through the combined efforts of BYST and Infoedge. It will also train and accredit 60 project mentors and 100 institutional mentors.

BYST-IndusInd Bank Inclusive Grampreneur® Development Programme

BYST and IndusInd Bank’s Inclusive Grampreneur® Development Programme aims at creating an entrepreneurial ecosystem in the aspirational districts of Maharashtra (Osmanabad), Bihar (Begusarai), Uttar Pradesh (Bahraich), Tamil Nadu (Virudhunagar) and Rajasthan (Baran). The project envisages the creation of 1,800 entrepreneurs and 1,700 mentors in three years. The programme emphasises social inclusion, with a focus on supporting 250 SC/ST entrepreneurs and 315 women entrepreneurs. The initiative seeks to create awareness amongst 110,000 youth and offer counselling to 33,500 individuals. It will also enhance digital readiness of the supported entrepreneurs by providing them with cyber security training.

BYST-HDFC Bank Parivartan Young Grampreneur® Development Programme,
Vijayawada

BYST has partnered with HDFC Bank Parivartan to implement the ‘Young Grampreneur® Development Programme’ in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. The programme aims to develop 300 entrepreneurs, including 30 from SC/ST communities and 30 women entrepreneurs, over a three-year period. It will also raise awareness among 19,800 youth and provide counselling to 6,000 potential entrepreneurs. In addition to entrepreneur development, the initiative will focus on training 200 project mentors and 400 institutional mentors, who will offer guidance and support to ensure long-term success for these emerging business leaders.

BYST-HDFC Bank Parivartan Young Grampreneur® Development Programme,
Hyderabad

The Young Grampreneur® Development Programme launched by BYST in partnership with HDFC Bank Parivartan is designed to cultivate an entrepreneurial ecosystem for youth in Hyderabad. This initiative aims to engage 26,400 potential entrepreneurs, provide counselling to 8,000 individuals and training for 1,600 participants. The programme seeks to nurture 400 entrepreneurs, with a focus on inclusivity by supporting 40 entrepreneurs from SC/ST communities and 40 women entrepreneurs. Additionally, the initiative will train and accredit 800 mentors, equipping them to guide and support the next generation of business leaders in their entrepreneurial journeys.

BYST–Sirpur Paper Mills Social and Young Greenpreneurship Development
Programme

BYST collaborated with The Sirpur Paper Mills Ltd. to launch the Social and Young Greenpreneurship Development Programme. This programme aims to nurture 160 youth to become successful entrepreneurs across Kagaznagar Mandal, Asifabad Mandal, and nearby areas over a three-year period. The initiative aims to engage 10,560 youth, provide counselling to 3,200 individuals, and train 640 potential entrepreneurs. Additionally, 100 mentors will be trained to support these entrepreneurs. The programme will also promote digital readiness for the young entrepreneurs. Out of the 160 entrepreneurs, 16 will be from SC/ST backgrounds, and 32 will be women entrepreneurs.

BYST–CISCO Digital Grampreneur® Development Programme

BYST and CISCO came together to launch the Digital Grampreneur® Development Programme, a three-year initiative focused on transforming 600 youth into entrepreneurs. The programme aims to counsel 12,000 individuals and provide training to 2,400 young potential entrepreneurs, ensuring equal emphasis on the states of Haryana and Tamil Nadu. In addition, the initiative will train and accredit 300 project mentors and 500 institutional mentors to offer essential support and guidance to the aspiring entrepreneurs, fostering a robust entrepreneurial ecosystem in these regions. It will also empower the entrepreneurs digitally by providing them with cyber security training.

BYST-Harish and Bina Shah Foundation (HBSF) Digital Grampreneur® Development
Programme

BYST has partnered with the Harish and Bina Shah Foundation (HBSF) to implement the Digital Grampreneur® Development Programme aimed at fostering entrepreneurship among 29,700 aspiring youth in Kalahandi, Odisha, and Ramgarh, Jharkhand. Over three years, the initiative seeks to develop 450 entrepreneurs, with a commitment to include 45 entrepreneurs from SC/ST communities and 90 women entrepreneurs. To support this endeavour, the programme will also train and accredit 500 mentors, who will provide crucial guidance and resources to ensure the success of these emerging young business leaders in their entrepreneurial journeys.

BYST-Kotak Mahindra Bank Inclusive Digital Entrepreneurship Programme

BYST and Kotak Mahindra Bank have joined hands to enhance the entrepreneurial ecosystem, with a focus on inclusivity, digital readiness, and fostering innovation under the ‘Inclusive Digital Entrepreneurship Programme’ in Pune, Satara and Kolhapur districts of Maharashtra. The programme aims to create awareness about entrepreneurship for 26,400 aspiring youth, counsel and train 8,000 and 1,600 potential entrepreneurs, respectively. Finally, the programme will develop 400 youth into entrepreneurs, out of which 80 youth will be from SC/ST communities and 120 will be women. It also aims to train and develop 350 mentors under the BYST Mentor Development Programme.

CISCO CSR
BYST-CISCO partnered to  train 5,000 aspiring rural entrepreneurs and create 34,000 jobs over the next five years in Tamil Nadu and Haryana. The BYST-CISCO Digital Grampreneur® Development Program will create 34,000 jobs and generate Rs. 25 crores in wealth in the next 5 years. The partnership focuses on creating employment through entrepreneurship for local communities, especially youth and women; creating micro-enterprise opportunities for young individuals. This joint program will counsel 4000, train 800, support 200 digitally ready entrepreneurs and 200 mentors. All the supported entrepreneurs will be adopting digital readiness in their business.
